If we could only see our faces, then maybe we could decipher the twisted words that were about to change our lives forever. My head was throbbing, and I twitched every time I heard the heart monitor beep. What had happened? I couldnt move. Machines surrounded me on all sides. I could see no one around me. I heard voices as I stared at the white ceiling. It was mocking me. Those words, those terrifying words I had just heard roll and drip off a mans tongue. Those words seemed to poison me make my eyes burn, and my ears bleed.
That night, I can barely remember it. My best friend and I were hanging out, laughing and talking and, -. Wait, Im starting to remember now. There was a group of people staring at us. They didnt like us, and they expressed it far too well. We werent doing anything; we were just minding our own business. But no, they didnt care, they didnt they, -! I found myself screaming aloud for everyone to hear me. Dark figures with white masks were suddenly hovering over me. A prick in my arm, before my world once again fades to black.
